Vegan Recipe

1.Fuyunghai

The first vegan recipe is fuyunghai. It is traditional food for Tionghoa.  Fuyunghai is made from eggs scrambled with a mixture such as vegetables, meat, or seafood. Fuyunghai usually served with sweet and sour sauce that is usually made from ketchup and peas. Let follow this vegan recipe:

Ingredients:

  1. 3 tablespoons flour
  2. 6 eggs, beaten
  3. Salt, flavoring and pepper to taste
  4. Enough water
  5. 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Vegetables Ingredients:

  1. 10 leaves of white cabbage, thinly sliced
  2. 2 carrots, cut into matchsticks for
  3. 3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  4. Peas 3 tbl
  5. Hioko mushrooms, 3 and thinly sliced

Sauce ingredients:

  1. 6 tablespoons tomato sauce
  2. 2 tbsp peas
  3. 2 tablespoons corn starch, dilute with a little water
  4. White sugar, salt, flavorings, and pepper to taste
  5. 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks for enough water

Garnish

  1. 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  2. 1 piece of red pepper, cut into thin oblique
  3. Red pepper oil for frying

How to cook

  1. Prepare the flour in a medium bowl, give a little water, stir, and then enter the eggs, flavoring, salt, pepper and beat with a fork.
  2. Enter the vegetable materials into it and stir to form dough.
  3. Sauté red pepper briefly. Remove and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, pour the mixture into it, cook until half cooked, and  turn over and cook slowly until dough is cooked, remove.
  5. For the Sauce: Sautee carrots, give water, tomato sauce, sugar, salt, flavor, stir well and bring to a boil. Enter the peas and pour the liquid sago flour, stirring constantly, let it boil, remove from heat.
  6. Presentation: Place Fuyunghai the oval plate medium, pour the tomato sauce, garnished with sliced red pepper and celery on it.


2. Steak tofu

The second vegan recipe is tofu. Tofu can be processed into delicious meals, either as a side dish with a salty taste as well as the “dessert” with sweetness. One of the dishes produced from this savory know who among them is the steak out or also known as beefsteak know. Let follow this vegan recipe:

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pieces out
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 ounce flour bread
  4. Boiled 5 green beans
  5. Cut lengthwise, 2 potatoes, fried
  6. Cut lengthwise, 1 carrot, boiled
  7. Oil eat in moderation for frying
  8. Onion and garlic to taste, crushed
  9. Nutmeg, pepper, salt, sugar, flavorings to taste
  10. Tomato sauce, chili sauce, mayonnaise to taste

How to cook:

  1. Destroy tofu then mix with the onion and garlic that has been crushed.
  2. Add the nutmeg, pepper, a little salt, finally stir until smooth.
  3. Form the dough out round and slightly flattened (like steak).
  4. Beat sugar and eggs, then dip the dough out, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
  5. Fry until lightly browned, remove from heat.

To sauce:

  1. Heat pan, add tomato sauce, chili sauce, mayonnaise, flavoring, sugar, and water.
  2. Cook until boiling and remove from heat.
