  • Pork 3 pounds (ground)
  • Red wine vinegar 3 tablespoons
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper 1 tablespoon fresh)
  • Parsley 1 ¼ tablespoons (dried)
  • Garlic powder 1 tablespoon
  • Onion powder 1 tablespoon
  • Basil 1 Tablespoon (dried)
  • Paprika 2 teaspoons
  • Red pepper flakes 2 teaspoons (crushed)
  • Fennel seed ¾ teaspoon (ground)
  • Brown sugar ¼ teaspoon
  • Oregano 1/8 teaspoon (dried)
  • Thyme 1/8 teaspoon (dried)

How to Make

  • Mix the pork and red wine vinegar in the bowl.
  • Sprinkle the fennel seed, black pepper, basil, red pepper flake, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, parsley, brown sugar, and paprika.
  • Mix until the entire ingredients blend properly.
  • Grab a plastic wrap. Divide the sausage into three parts.
  • Wrap it with plastic and store it inside of the freezer at least for about 12 hours before you cook it.

  • Sweet apple chicken sausage 12 ounces (sliced ½ inch)
  • Canola oil 1 tablespoon
  • Belgian endive 4 cups (sliced)
  • Salad greens 1 cup
  • Blueberry   1 cup (fresh)
  • Cider vinegar 2 ½ tablespoons
  • Honey   2 ½ tablespoons
  • Salt ¾ teaspoon
  • Black pepper ¼ teaspoon
  • Crumbled goat cheese ½ cup
  • Pecans 2 tablespoons (chopped)

How to Make 

  • First, you need to sauté the chicken sausage with canola oil for at least 2 minutes.
  • Combine the endive, salad greens, chicken sausage, and blueberry inside of big bowl.
  • Combine honey, pepper, salt, vinegar in a small bowl.
  • Add the honey mixture on the sausage mixture.
  • Sprinkle with pecan and cheese.

  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • Russet potato 2 large size (peeled and cut into cube shape)
  • Beef smoked sausage 12 ounces (cut into ½ inch)
  • Green chiles  4 ounces
  • Cheddar cheese 2 cups (shredded)

How to Make 

  • Prepare your skillet and use it for heating the olive oil with using medium heat.
  • Cook the sausage with potato until the potato is tender enough.
  • Stir the green chiles to the mixture of sausage and potato. Cook it for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and close the skillet with lid.
  • You can serve it after the cheddar is melted.
