Ingredients

  • Red onion 1 medium size (peel and thinly sliced)
  • Sugar ½ teaspoon
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Rice vinegar ¾ cup

If you want to add flavor to your pickle, then you also need to prepare some flavor ingredients like:

  • Garlic 1 small clove (peel and cut)
  •  Black peppercorn 5 pcs
  • Allspice berries 5 pcs
  • Thyme 3 small springs
  • Dried chili 1 small size

How to Make

  1. First, grab sealed jar which you will be used for storing your red onion pickle.
  2. Dissolve sugar, salt, vinegar, and any flavoring ingredients on it.
