  • 2 sheets of melted puff pastry
  • Cinnamon : 1 tbs only

For the custard

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Sugar for 2 tbs
  • Vanilla for 2 tbs too
  • 1 cup of crème fraiche (thick cream)
  • Orange zest for 2 tbs too

For the caramel topping

  • Sugar of 8 tbs
  • 2 oranges, juiced


  1. First of all, start with the pastry shell. Spread the puff pastry out and rub all the surface with the cinnamon
  2. Then, roll the puff pastry up and cut into six pieces
  3. After that, flatten the puff pastry down and put it on the muffin pan. Spread it out
  4. Transfer into the oven on the top shelf and bake over the flame with 400 degrees of Fahrenheit
  5. When the puff pastries are being baked, prepare for the custard
  6. Add the sugar, egg, crème fraiche, vanilla and zest from an orange into the bowl and mix them well
