To avoid this, you should like to

  • Heat the water first,
  • Wait for a while   after gentle boil then place the pasta.
  • If you will sautee the pasta, wait until oil heat enough.
  1. Limp

Another problem in cooking recipes is limp or over cook. Generally to cook pasta you should wait until the water to boil then place other pasta recipe and other combination if any such as vegetable, mushroom, etc.

To avoid this. After the water has boiled, place first  the  ingredients and  wait until tender then place pasta on the other word do not place pasta and ingredient at the same time.

  1. Sticky

Sardine and Kale Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1×60 or 2 1/8 oz tin sardine
  • 100 grams of Kale
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon only
  • 1 onion,
  • Spaghetti 150 grams
  • Pinch of Sea Salt, just considered enough
  • Black Pepper, just considered enough, no need to lot due to it will be too hot in your spaghetti.
  • Garlic 1 clove only, and you should  slice it in good shape.
  • Chili, blended chili for ¼ spoon only
  • Lemon Juice, for about 2 spoonful
  • Leave of lemon ¼ , this is an additional ingredient of these pasta recipes

 Cooking Process 

  • Take a medium saucepan or just enough size, boil spaghetti based on the instruction stated, for this pasta recipe set the heat in medium heat and continue to boil until the spaghetti is soft.
  • Saute onion, garlic, chili, continue frying until the color become golden brown and the material are becoming soft enough over other saucepan by using little of olive oil. Add pinch of salt and chili flakes and continue to cook for around 2 minutes, set the heat in a medium heat.
  • Take out sardine from the can and place them into the onion saucepan together with the remaining oil. Continue to cook with the medium heat.  Put other pasta recipes here, place Kale  then add 3 spoons of water and stir well so that they will become good mixture and cover the saucepan and continue to cook until the kale become soft enough.
  • Meanwhile drain the spaghetti, reserving a little of the water  and put in a bowl. Place this spaghetti  into the combination of sardines  and  ingredients in the prying pan  and add lemon juice and mix through the coat of the spaghetti. Taste it and  if it is considered necessary and add some salt and black pepper.

Angle Hair Pasta with Fresh Lobsters

Ingredients
