In the evening you can consume steamed vegetables and pears. Make sure you consume up to 8 glasses of water a day.

  1. Fourth day

    The fourth day is consumed bananas and milk. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner have to use both of these foods. Never add other foods to your program of extreme weight loss on the fourth day.

  2. Fifth day
