The ingredients:

  • ducks leg : 6 unit
  • olive oil : 2 tablespoon
  • onions : 2 large
  • carrot : 2 mediums
  • celery : 2 stalks
  • mushroom : 200 gram
  • garlic cloves : 5 unit
  • potatoes : 12 unit
  • tomato puree : a tablespoon
  • black peppercorns      : 9 unit
  • crunched jumper berries : 4 unit
  • cloves : 2 unit
  • damson jelly/ jam : 2 tablespoon
  • plain flour : 2 tablespoon
  • red wine : ½ bottle

The way to cook:

  1. Clean the duck’s leg then fry it in to the warm frying oil on the frying pan. Cook it twice to make it fully ripped. Give the casserole and after the duck ripped, remove it from the frying pan.
  2. Oven the duck in the 1900 Celsius in 7 minutes. But before, add the onion, carrot and celery before enter it to the oven. Switch on the oven. After 5 minutes oven, add the duck with the mushroom and garlic.
  3. Then some minutes later, add the potatoes, tomato, peppercorn, juniper berries, bay leaves, cloves, and also damson jelly.
  4. Then remove the duck to the pan and add red wine and add little frying oil.
  5. Mix all the ingredients and bake it again in 30 minutes. But the temperatures is 1600
  6. After ripped, remove from oven and served it in the served plate and it is ready to be eaten.

The ingredient

  • The leg of duck : 2 unit
  • Olive oil : a teaspoon
  • Onion         :  a unit
  • Garlic cloves : 3 unit
  • Cumin       : a tablespoon
  • Smoked paprika : a teaspoon
  • Ground coriander : a teaspoon
  • Aleppo pepper     : a half teaspoon
  • Cinnamon : a half teaspoon
  • Butternut squash : a unit
  • Tin chopped tomatoes : 1400 gram
  • Chicken stock  : 120 milliliters
  • Chickpeas : 1400 gram
  • Handful flaked almonds
  • Small bunch fresh coriander

The way to cook

  1. Prepare all the ingredients
  2. Chopped the garlic cloves, onion, butternut Squash, tin tomatoes, and small bunch fresh coriander
  3. Peel the butternut squash and drain he chickpeas.
  4. Prepare the oven
  5. Oven the duck’s leg about 4 minutes with the medium heat
  6. In the other hand, we prepare the pan for cooking the onion and garlic.
  7. The duck legs take out from the oven and cook with sauce.
  8. Add the chickpeas and oven it in the 1800 Celsius.
  9. Oven the duck until it is crispy and ready to serve.
