Carrot and Coriander Soup
- Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1 pc (chopped)
- Coriander 1 teaspoon (grounded)
- Potato 1 pc (chopped)
- Carrot 450 grams (peeled and chopped)
- Vegetable stock 2 liter
- Grab a large pan and start heating the oil. Stir in the onion and cook it for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the coriander and potato. Cook it.
- Pour the stock and the carrot too. Boil it and let the carrot tender enough.
