  1. 8 bone-in and skin-on chicken thighs
  2. Kosher salt
  3. Freshly ground black pepper
  4. 3 tablespoons of unseasoned butter, divided
  5. 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  6. ¼ brown sugar
  7. 1 tablespoons of honey
  8. ½ teaspoonfuls of dried oregano
  9. ¼ teaspoonfuls of dried thyme
  10. ¼ teaspoonfuls of dried basil
  11. 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley leaves


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for a moment.
  2. Add some salt and freshly ground black pepper on the chicken thighs.
  3. Turn down the heat of oven in the medium heat.
  4. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter on the large oven-proof skillet.
