Ingredient:

  • The Chicken breast . Put 500 grams is edial
  • Louisiana Cajun seasoning to taste approximately 4 tablespoons
  • Lettuce leaves to taste
  • Creamy Caesar salad dressing, to taste
  • You need Cooking oil for 3 tbs only
  • Thinly sliced of cucumber,Just half only
  • 2 large sized tomatoes, sliced pleased

Let’s to cook:

  1. Prepare chicken breasts sliced on a plate
  2. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning to taste. Make sure the chicken evenly with seasoning. Set a kitchen tissue or paper towel on a plate.  For a place to move the cooked bird on it so that the rest of the oil is gone.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fried chicken until cooked until lightly browned.

  • Chicken meat, boiled, shredded rough for 200 gram only
  • Lettuce, sliced of 200 grams
  • Carrot, elongated box, just 1 pc
  • Pineapple, sliced lengthwise box ( 200 gr)
  • Cucumber, sliced lengthwise box ( just 1 pc )
  • Lemon juice just 2 tbs
  • Garlic, finely chopped,you only need 1 clove
  • Salt fruit for 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard of one and halt of tsp
  • Olive oil just 125 ml
  • Mint leaves, roughly chopped of 25 grams

 Let’s cooked:

  1. First we will make dressing, mix lemon juice, garlic, salt, mustard, olive oil and mint. Stir well.
  2. Stir dressing, chicken breast, lettuce, carrots, pineapple and cucumber. Pour on a plate. How would like to try? The time needed to cook approximately 25 minutes. The recipe can be served for 4 servings.
