Let’s to cook:

  1. Soften ginger and garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes, then add the vegetables. Stir until evenly, then add peanuts. Pour the coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes, then drain.
  2. Combine egg yolks, mix thoroughly and sprinkle seasoning to taste.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pan larger, give a little oil and fry.
  4. Cook over the fire very gently for 8-10 minutes until fluffy and fold inwards.
  5. Bake in a hot oven for one or two minutes to finish cooking.

Because besides being tasty and delicious brunch recipes, frittata is very tasty at all when served while still warm.

Ingredient:

  • 500 GRM potatoes, boiled, peeled and crushed
  • 300 GRM chicken, boiled diced
  • 200 GRM spinach leaves, wash
  • 2 teaspoons oil, can use olive oil
  • Onions 1/2 fruit, sliced lengthwise
  • Red onion 8 pieces-thinly slice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Chicken eggs 5 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon finely Gram
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Let’s to cook:

  1. The first step, you can sauté the garlic for a moment, and then enter the waiting spinach until wilted, then lift after it set aside
  2. Beat eggs, then add pepper and fine salt, stirring until evenly.
  3. The next sauté onion, stir briefly until wilted.
  4. Add the potatoes smooth, pepper and fine salt, wait until the potatoes a bit overcooked, use low heat.
